Dana Welti is an accomplished executive assistant and the founder of Added Capacity, LLC. She has supported CEOs in the Washington, D.C. area for nearly two decades in industries including media, banking, non-profit, hospitality and healthcare. Her experience ranges from start-ups with 10 team members to global Fortune 500 companies of 300,000.
Dana graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Media Arts and Design and a focus in broadcast journalism, video production and web design. She worked as a media assistant and interactive multimedia designer before moving to Washington, D.C., where she began her career as an executive assistant in 2003.
